Guangzhou Chimelong Paradise's 'Halloween Festival' is the most influential Halloween event in South China. The Black Hole AI team utilized the Meaning World Model (MWM) to design 72 unique performance programs with hundreds of character designs, achieving over 80,000 monthly visitors and total revenue exceeding 200 million yuan.
From 'Fear' to 'Celebration': Reconstructing Halloween Experience with Meaning
Traditional Halloween stays at the 'fear' level, but MWM analysis found that visitors truly seek 'thrilling experiences in safe environments' and 'sense of belonging in group celebrations'. We positioned the core meaning as 'finding light in darkness, discovering courage in fear'.
Based on meaning analysis, MWM designed a complete worldview system for Chimelong, dividing the park into five themed ghost realms, each with unique storylines and character systems, transforming visitors from 'observers' to 'participants'.
MWM designed complete 'meaning profiles' for each character, including backstory, personality traits, signature moves, and interaction scripts, enabling 700+ actors to truly 'become' their characters rather than simply play them.
The 72 performances don't exist in isolation but form an organic whole through MWM's 'meaning weaving' technology. Each program carries specific emotional functions, together constituting a complete visitor experience journey.
During the event, MWM optimized performance content and interaction methods in real-time through social media monitoring, on-site feedback collection, and visitor flow data analysis, ensuring the experience evolved every day.
